Regular updates help keep your site tops in the search engine listings. Each web develoment contract comes with 6 months of hosting and/or maintenance.
A sample of what maintenance means:
Updating text
- Adding the upcoming events for the year
- Adding last year's events to the client portfolio
- Modifying or changes personal or contact information
- Modifying or adding new links - do you have a new blog? A Facebook page? A Twitter account that you can link up to?
Updating images/artwork
- Modifying images with new updated images: new painting locations, new art show pics, new business location, new staff
What maintenance does not mean:
- New pages and new menu items which means new pages
- Changing a page into a whole new page
- Adding banners, creating new logo or graphics
