Instructions

  • This form can be completed once your participation in ARTour 2012 has been confirmed.
  • You can fill in the form on the computer, but it must be printed and sent by mail. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.
  • Send us the form with a cheque made out to "ARTour Prescott-Russell" by March 15, 2012.
  • Attach your sponsor’s business card to the Sponsor Registration Form, or add a digital image of the logo to your CD of photos (JPEG format, minimal resolution of 300 dpi).
